About these terms
These terms govern your use of frontrunner.website, operated by Furls Digital Ltd. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The website and the software are different
This website explains and links to the Frontrunner open-source project. The project's source code is licensed separately under the MIT Licence in its GitHub repository. Website design, branding and editorial content are not granted under that software licence unless expressly stated.
No recruitment service or guarantee
Frontrunner is a self-operated software tool, not a recruitment agency, employment adviser or employer. It does not submit applications without your review, and it cannot guarantee interviews, offers, employment outcomes, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. You remain responsible for checking job listings, generated material and every application before relying on or submitting it.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation of Frontrunner. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, evade security controls, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or misrepresent an affiliation with Frontrunner or Furls Digital Ltd.
Third-party services
Installation and some optional Frontrunner features rely on third-party services such as GitHub, Claude Code, Codex and job publishers. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and charges. References to them do not imply endorsement or partnership, and we are not responsible for their services or content.
Information and availability
We aim to keep the website useful and current, but content may contain errors or become outdated. The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw it without notice. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, immigration or regulated career advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, Furls Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, income, data or reputation arising from use of this informational website. Any liability connected with the open-source software is governed by its MIT Licence.
Law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to hello@furls.co.uk.
