Who is responsible

Furls Digital Ltd is the controller for personal information processed through this website. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 17110533. What this website processes

This is an informational website. It has no accounts, contact forms, advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. When you visit, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, necessarily processes technical request data such as your IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and security signals. Sampled operational logs may also record request and error information so we can keep the service reliable and investigate abuse.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. The separate Frontrunner application runs on your own computer; information you put into your local installation is not collected by this marketing website.

Why we process it

• To deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose faults, based on our legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service.
• To answer messages and take steps you request before entering into an agreement, or for our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries.
• To comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies and local storage

We do not currently set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, and the website does not store preferences in your browser. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies to detect malicious traffic and protect the service. Because no optional cookies are used, there is no consent banner to dismiss.

Providers, transfers and retention

Cloudflare provides content delivery, hosting, security and operational logging. Requests may be processed through its global network, including outside the UK. Cloudflare applies contractual and legal safeguards to international transfers. GitHub hosts the public Frontrunner source repository; following a link to GitHub makes you subject to GitHub's own privacy terms.

We keep operational and correspondence information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, taking account of security, support and legal requirements. We periodically review and delete information that is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can exercise a right by emailing hello@furls.co.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the website's data practices change. A material change—such as adding optional analytics—will be reflected here and, where required, in a consent choice before that technology is used.
